How does SagaCash work?

You may have to create a SagaCash account first, before you can be allowed to do any transaction on the website. To do this however, you need to visit the Sign Up page and register with your correct information. .

Can I start using my account immediately?

YES, you can start using your account immediately to fund and withdraw from your e-wallet accounts. However, there is a funding limit of $500 per day, applicable to UN-VERIFIED accounts. But No limitation applies to your withdrawals. To get your account verified, you need to upload your ID showing your full name and a utility bill showing your address. The name and address on your documents must match with your sign up information.

Are these rates static?

No the buy and sell rates are not static, it changes with time depending on the cost and demand of that particular e-wallet funds.

Do I need to verify my account before I can sell my e-currency to your company?

No. Withdrawing your e-currency or selling it to us does not require any verification. We assume AML policy still holds since you will be accepting cash into your own very bank account. However, your banking details must match the name on your profile (name supplied during the registration). So, you can register and sell your e-currency to us immediately after registration.

What is the Minimum and Maximum withdrawal per transaction?

The Minimum amount you can sell or withdraw through us for Perfect Money and Bitcoin is $20, whereas that of Neteller is $50. There is no maximum for Perfect Money and Bitcoin but the maximum Neteller you can sell to us is $5000 per day.
